If you wish to discuss returns or exchanges, please call us at 504.523.5292 or toll free at 1.800.925.7912 and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you. Email us any time, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Emails will be responded to within 24 hours.
Our general return policy is as follows:
- Merchandise returned with the original receipt within 30 days will receive a full refund via original method of payment.
- Merchandise being returned must be in original condition and packaging with all labels intact.
- Merchandise which has been special ordered or engraved is not returnable or exchangeable.
- Merchandise which has been purchased ON SALE is not returnable or exchangeable.
- Merchandise which was not originally purchased at Adler's cannot be returned or exchanged regardless of whether Adler's carries the product line.
- Seasonal merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable.
- Gifts returned within 90 days, without original receipt and which can be verified as an Adler's purchase, will receive store credit.
